Terms of Service

Moonshift Launchpad is operated by Moonshift, Inc. ("Moonshift", "we", "us"). By using launchpad.moonshift.io (the "Service") you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

You paste a URL of an app you've shipped. We scrape the public page, generate a product brief, and produce a launch kit (positioning, posts, ad hooks, playbook).

Outputs are AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing anywhere.

You must provide accurate sign-in info and keep your magic-link email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Free plan: one launch kit, forever. Pro plan: paid via Dodo Payments. Pricing and limits live on /pricing and may change with notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Overage credits ($2/extra kit on Pro) are charged on use. Refunds follow the policy on /pricing.

Don't use the Service to scrape sites you don't own or have permission to analyze, generate content for illegal goods/services, impersonate others, or violate platform rules (X, LinkedIn, Product Hunt, Reddit, etc.).

Don't probe, reverse-engineer, or rate-limit-bypass the Service. Don't resell raw API access.

You retain ownership of URLs you submit and the launch kits we generate for you. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your inputs and store outputs to provide the Service.

Public reports (default on Free) are accessible to anyone with the link. Private reports (Pro) are restricted to your account.

Outputs are generated by large language models and may be inaccurate, biased, or contain hallucinated facts. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose. You must review outputs before use.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on launch-kit suggestions.

We rely on Firecrawl (scraping), OpenAI (model inference), Neon (database), Vercel (hosting), Upstash (rate limits), Dodo Payments (billing), and PostHog (analytics). Their terms apply to their portions of the pipeline.

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate or suspend access for violations or extended inactivity. On termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Moonshift's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for lost revenue, lost launches, lost time, or indirect damages.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date below reflects the current version.
